Contact Serin

How to reach us, and where to go for the things that have a faster path.

Support

support@serin.money — questions about your account, billing, a connection that stopped working, or anything that looks wrong. One person reads this, so plain description beats formal phrasing: what you did, what happened, and what you expected instead.

We aim to reply within two business days.

Security

security@serin.money — vulnerability reports, and anything you would rather not put in a normal support queue. Please do not open a public GitHub issue for a security problem. See SECURITY.md for what we commit to and what is in scope.

Bugs and feature requests

Serin is open source. The fastest route for anything reproducible is a GitHub issue on the Serin repository — it is public, searchable, and the person who fixes it reads it directly. Use support@ instead if the report would expose your holdings or account details.

Things with a faster path than email

What you want Where
Cancel your subscription serin.money/cancel — self-serve, no email needed
Export your data In the app: Connectors → Data → Backup. Works on a lapsed account too
Delete your account In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account
Change your password In the app, from the lock screen's "Forgot password" link
Read what we store Privacy policy

Brokerage connections

Serin connects to brokerages through SnapTrade, read-only. Serin never receives your brokerage username or password — those go to your broker through SnapTrade's own portal — and Serin cannot place trades, transfer money, or change anything at your broker. A connection can be removed at any time from Brokerages inside the app.

If a connection stops updating, disconnect and reconnect it first; brokers expire authorizations periodically. If that does not fix it, mail support@ with the broker name and roughly when it stopped.

Who you are contracting with

Serin Cloud is operated by the maintainer of the Serin project. Serin is not a broker, a dealer, or an investment adviser, and nothing in the product is a recommendation to buy or sell — see the terms.
